Refunds and Returns Policy for BECUZ

At BECUZ, we are committed to providing you with high-quality women's fashion that you’ll love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we offer a flexible and easy returns and refunds policy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact Us

    • Email our customer service team at support@becuz.fashion with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Step 2: Prepare Your Return

    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar protective package.
    • Include your RA number and a copy of the receipt or order confirmation in the package.
  • Step 3: Ship Your Return

    • Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service as BECUZ is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5-7 business days. After approval, your refund will be processed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a £5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and send the new item at no additional shipping cost.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@becuz.fashion within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

7. International Returns

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer.
